Good for them but the South outside of Houston, Miami and maybe Atlanta is not for me. I need my proximity to beaches and frequent sunshine.

thought of moving back to my hometown area (Charleston, SC) once my sons are grown, but the gentrification has fukked the area where I grew up. To move back into my old neighborhood is nuts right now. All the nikkaz have moved to the outside and surrounding cities/towns/counties.

They need to keep coming. Texas has more blacks (in absolute numbers) than any state but we're not even 12% of the population here.....America as a whole has a higher black % than Texas.

People shyt on the South but I’ve seen far more racism and bold racists in my 1 year in Cali than I have all my life in the South. Like I could literally drive thru Gainesville GA which is basically a fukking sundown town and find less over the top racism than some shyt in Cali. I did not believe some of the Hispanics were as racist as they were but here we are.

Almost everything about the Coasts are vastly overrated. Who gives a fukk about the beach when they all have dirty contaminated water that will probably shave years off your life?

Trash everywhere. Homeless everywhere. Costs for homes surrounded by trash and homeless sky high. It’s garbage unless you’re loaded enough to be isolated from everybody but who the hell really is wants that in their 20s-30s?

Nah I’ve lived in multiple countries and multiple US states and the Southern US is by far the safest place I’ve ever been as a black man. There’s really no other region in the world that compares.

Most of my family never left, as we’re still mostly in NC and surrounding areas. I don’t think I’ll ever leave the south. I got bread, land, and the pace is just right.

It’s a good thing seeing more of us coming back to the homeland. If you gotta stank attitude, just leave it up there is all I ask.
