Yea I agree. I felt the difference when I came to the USA as a kid. I felt more aligned with Afridans than the African Americans that teased and bullied me in school. I felt pride in myself and felt African Americans purposely tried to pull me down to their level of dispear and conditioned in a way to have no esteem or pride .

Idk how people who fled their homelands harbor high self esteem. Something that wouldnt even flourish in the west with out FBAS setting the tone and base for blackness globally, in the first place. Imagine going into a country like America completely raw and devoid of that framework

A post FBA/ADOS embedded "black america" will have BOTH. Much of low self esteem was a consequence of low cultural/historical awareness. As the movement grows, there will be a night and day difference

you’re putting words in my mouth i never made any delineation between black americans and africans from a genealogical perspective. just as classified groups, africans are usually brought up to be more well mannered growing up compared to the other groups i’ve seen in america especially. it’s a testament to an overall western cultural problem that i have an issue with

the rest meaning the western world, culturally, there def is. you’re a real one yourself simply just speaking on averages. my original comment was a generalized statement to that. when you look at divorce rates between west and east countries you see there’s obviously issues that need to be addressed that highlight a lack of honor and customs in interpersonal relationships here that are otherwise brought down to most africans.

there’s more of a positive emphasis on respect that doesn’t really exist here due to the media, court incentivizations, and preexisting factors that’s out of black americans’ control specifically. i’m just saying it’s a real thing from my personal experiences and backed by data. americans are mad disrespectful and every other country talks about the arrogance of the average american

I'm tired of this shyt. I've been able to work with black Americans and Caribbeans. I have never experienced a black American trying to put down a black Caribbean at the job but I've experienced the opposite.

I am all for unity, but we have to fukking be real about the fact that Black people from other countries ate up the lie cacs told about black Americans. That's clear and we gotta stop lying about. After a while black Americans got tired of being called lazy and shiftless by other black people who are ok with being servants.
