They aren't in the position to draft Mendoza unless they give up both their #1 picks next year and possibly a third pick. Not worth it since they have a lot of holes.

Mendoza has a higher ceiling. Even if I take Mendoza, I'd look to redshirt him, then trade Shedeur after the 2026 season. There's precedent for this, look at Drew Brees and Phillip Rivers.
