exactly ...where's the sci-fi, horror, fantasy, etc.?
people complain there's no good black shows and no variety on tv and shyt but this stuff isnt anything new or different (not saying their bad, just nothing new)

I think Issa Rae started a sci-fi series on her channel but it didn't have the pull these other shows have. Also, sci-fi /fantasy shows need more money for special effects. That comes with more support.

I don't know what their arrangement is like. All I've seen change is that her show was moved to his channel. Her channel now has shows from other creators. So I know they're promoting eachother. I don't know how the money is flowing.

My point tho, is that they still rely on the audience. She or whoever created the sci-fi show put out the trailer and pilot, and didn't receive the support or interest to keep it going.
