I was about to say they need to stop drawing themselves as white kids.
The art style is based on classic Disney hence the big eyes. Has nothing to do with trying to portray themselves as white but it's for displaying expressions. When they make white characters they typically have some visual cues like the way they dress and their hairstyle. It is the same way with (modern) black characters and darker skin Asians

It’s a cultural thing

Anything out the normal from the way they dress to how they act

Since Japanese people are usually reserved it how they describe girls who are seen as promiscuous or galrebellious
You're trying to explain a term that probably doesn't exist in Japan. They view non conformity as rebellious, but the term Gyaru doesn't have the same meaning as thot, it's actually closer to emo.

McCain called them 'Gook's'..

Asians are the world's biggest white nut huggers and washers no doubt.

I did a search last night for kicks on the Ishango and Lebombo bones, the world's oldest calculators and lunar calenders.
As elected all manner of Whites were angry and obviously jealous and spewing their usual hate.

Black people everywhere should 100% focus on ourselves only and shut out the world.

She’s what they call a Gyaru or Gal (a Japan word for Thot)

She’s wearing they are characterized by being tan & wearing exaggerated makeup

She’s one of the more extreme types of these characters in other instances in the show she doesn’t wear the makeup like that
Gyaru means thot in Japan? I don’t think so. It’s just a fashion style that was popular in the late 90s and early 2000s.

Japanese and Asians in general complaining about us taking from their culture…:mjtf::mjtf:the nerve of these motherfukkers. Asians have been stealing from black culture for years because they have no drip and have to bite from us.

No, @OneDeep is right. it is literally translated to bytch in modern colloquial Japanese. It is a thot. More accurately a bimbo, because of all the cosmetic augmentation gyarus get.

Just like how English words evolved, so do their Japanese equivalents. It used to be a neutral fashion choice which involved heavy tanning and platinum blonde hair, but it has evolved. Recall that the people who used that word in the manner you describe were 20 in the 90s and are middle aged now and irrelevant. A whole new generation have spinned it. It is now associated with hoes.

An English equivalent to give you is how "fresh" was an insult in the 80s and 90s, but it became a positive thing during the 00s as the generations shifted. (Don't get fresh with me! vs. those kicks look fresh!) . Or even how punk was originally a neutral music and fashion style, but became an insult one generation later.
