his advice isn't very tangible. This isn't a "this is how I did it" lecture, but you can gather gems when you are listening to the way he speaks and the way he answers questions. What I got from it:
Take Chances
Be confident
LEARN and become an expert and whatever it is you are doing
Follow your passion to become profitable
Give back
Find like minded people to push each other forward

folks need to listen from 24:30 to about 25:30. u should really listen to the whole thing. but im saying this for the impatient.
