Yep. Volleyball players, runners, and dancers (not street dancers and twerkers) have the best bodies and usually age well. You have to specify runners for track because those field eventers that throw shot and discus look like they train for the football team's offensive line, the ones at my high school even trained and lifted with the male athletes.

My aunt ran cross country in her youth and that chick can drop holiday weight in less than two weeks just by jogging.
