This is how and why bm in Cali (and NY) end up depressed and half crazy on the streets. You're literally describing the beginning of the process.
This the coli so you know we got jokes, but I'm speaking to you as a friend: come to terms with the reality of your life so you can fix it. You may need to relocate or upskill, just start the process before shyt get desperate. If you staying with somebody, desperation will start when they kick you out or, god forbid, pass away. Just start planning.

I'm glad you pulled through. Everybody's situation is complicated. I forgive your disrespect only because you don't know 'my font,' as they say on LSA. I'm quite well-educated and widely considered (on the coli and irl) as someone with good sense and good luck. The first is true, the second is not. My situation is complicated, I almost died in a hospital bed about a year ago and ive been working on getting back on my feet.
When I was little, my mother used to do this thing where she'd make up different scenarios where I was doing something dumb with my friends and make me game out the possibilities. "If you stole from the store with your little friends and got caught by the shopkeeper, what would you do? What if he called the police?" Etc. If one of us actually did some dumb shyt and got caught, you was gon be up all night bc she was gon talk your ears off about potential consequences. I woke up many a morning to my mother and older brother sitting at the kitchen table, still talking. It was exhausting, worse than a spanking if I'm being honest.
As a result, me and my brother avoided all the regular pitfalls. We came up in section 8 in Harlem during the 80's and 90's, there were a lot of fukking pitfalls.
So, using the state- issued report about homeless bm in Cali I posted itt, I sketched out the path from regular to homeless, approximated where you were on that path, and gave you the best advice I could. It was vague because I have no details of your life besides what you told us, but I think it was as on point as I could get.

They came into majority of California hoods and started getting their people elected in office and started focusing on illegals needs, illegals housing, and forming lawn care/landscaping businesses together..
Meanwhile these same uneducated nikkas who at one time thought these people was they homies threw these dumb nikkas to the curb with the trash and once proud black neighborhoods and history is long gone and black folks as well
Black people all over the country have your own neighborhoods but always let others in to eat good while getting treated like shyt
Just look at arab gas stations or convenient stores where they charging nikkas 6 dollars for milk and 4 dollars for bread but nikkas always up in there giving the money away
But the black business was there u asking for a discount or can u let me have the item
