No, it doesn't state such a thing.

Um yes it does, there are plenty of references revealing that the Hebrews and byproduct Jesus was black.

If the first man was made in his image and the first man was black, you don't believe his son wouldn't favor him as well?

Specifically in respects to the topic of salvation, the amount of melanin in His skin is 100 % irrelevant.
In respects to society it's definitely a topic of concern. I think people often dismiss this issue because they understand that His skin color doesn't matter when discussing salvation, but what people need to take a step back and understand is that this white Jesus image is damaging to our culture.
We know for a fact Jesus was not white as portrayed in an overwhelming majority of images.
The purpose of creating this image was to show God in the likeness of a specific demographic.
This isn't a question of knowing what he may have looked like. We still have people living in the middle east today. Look to anyone of their faces and you will notice likely features that Jesus had.
This "White Jesus" image is simply a subtle way of white people at a point in time making the decision to show the world that they themselves are God.
Its an evil strategy, but genius as well, as it conditions people to see them and subconsciously accept their teachings without question.
They even painted Adam and Eve white and we all know that human life itself started in Africa.
Anyone who disagrees would have to disagree with years of marketing research and the power of suggestive imagery especially over an extended period of time such as this.

Is this what you black Christians tell yourselves to cope with the fact that your religion was forced on you by the same people who enslaved you? :heh:

Yeah Jesus was black, so was Caesar, Brutus, Herod etc :troll:

That's not fair to say since some African nations openly accepted Christianity before slavery (was just reading about Ethiopia and Kongo today). Africans depicted Jesus as an African before white supremeacy as an ideology began it's take over.
European leaders used lies, deception, and advanced weaponary to imprint their version of Christianity on themselves, and more importantly Africans. Unfortunately, European Christianity went into overdrive and most real Africans, practicing real African Christianity we're the ones that didn't survive long. Same thing happened with other traditional African systems and Africanized belief systems.

That being said, Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity is probably where a Black person should start if they're a Christian:yeshrug:

The real question is if Jesus was black why are black people in this position? Furthermore does anyone know where any of the people in the bible are buried??

Race as a modern term (black/white/yellow/brown/red) doesn't determine whether you're saved or not saved.

The 2nd part is difficult to answer without going into a whole other convo but I can make it short. Black people are in this position because instead of going the Wakanda route and keeping most of our advancements and resources to ourselves, our ancestors did the exact opposite and tried to share, learn, and trade with people that we're plotting on us and our God given riches. We also let our tribalism get the best of us while Europe graduated to racism, and the rest is still unfolding
