How come everytime white people attack black folks it's always a group of so called black people eager as hell to take little personal attacks at other black people? :jbhmm:
This is coming from someone who likes to deflect and run interference for racists when actual Black people try to raise awareness about their plans and actions. Get the fukk out of here.

Are you even really Black? I remember when you called yourself 'TK Smart' and was spreading misinformation about blexit and walk away - both anti-voting campaigns started by racists, and aimed to suppress Black voters. He also supports racist Voter ID laws.

I see you made a post in this thread, but failed to verify yourself. What's that about? :jbhmm:

When I have kids I'ma definitely try to arrange their marriages for them. They can say no, but then they'll be missing out on my inheritance money or any kind of financial support. And if you file for divorce, you're definitely cut off from my family. I really really like the idea of excommunicating people who file for divorce.
This is the level of backwards-thinking idiot we're dealing with in these threads.

Lol the best this loser could do was bring up me correcting him about Blexit and Walk Away being campaigns to get black people to vote Republican, find me saying what I plan to do with my kids inheritance money and saying that I think you should have an ID to vote because he's on that useful idiot having an ID to vote is racist shyt. That's how much of a saint I am :mjlol:

Seeing that number drop so sharply is sad. When I was a kid, some of the black students at MIT created a summer program to get some of us in the building and on the computers there. It was cool to see black students who didn't fit the standard MIT stereotype give a damn about you. And for you weirdos, they were not immigrants.

How are people making this about democrats already? Trump got his Supreme Court and this is the result. Let him replace Thomas and whoever else is aging, and that's it for anything we care about.
Its Drumpf Logic.

If the Democrats fukk up - "man, the Democrats suck and ain't getting shyt done"

If the GOP fukks up - "man, the Democrats suck and ain't getting shyt done"

Democrats gotta fix everything and barely get credit when they DO something right. Meanwhile the best you get from the GOP are shytty azz tax cuts that are a net negative long-term......no one expects shyt from Republicans.

The trick is expecting more from both parties, ESPECIALLY the GOP. If one side ups their game, the other will follow suit. Right now it's Adults (Dems) versus Inmates (GOP).

Your basically saying the White Man ice is colder than the Black Man ice

Look back in history and you will see that our Black Scholars did not attend MIT or PWI's, they went to HBCU's
Y’all are missing the point.

Being locked out of prestigious schools means that even the brightest and most capable of Black academics are not having access to the resources and networks of their non-black peers.

A degree from MIT is opening more doors than one from Howard. It is what it is.

We as a people cannot be so flippant about being denied these resources as the game is the game. We cannot seriously compete in the system of capitalism under white supremacy if we don’t have the same tools, bottom line.

The university said Wednesday the class of 2028 is 5% Black, down from an average of 13% in recent years. The share of Hispanic students in the class is 11%, down from 15%, MIT said.

Meanwhile, Asian Americans will make up 47% of MIT's incoming class, up from 41%. Students for Fair Admissions, the group that brought the Supreme Court case against Harvard and the University of North Carolina that led to the ruling against affirmative action, had argued that the schools penalized Asian Americans during the admissions process.

Wow they really got exactly what they wanted at our expense :francis:

now those black kids have to be told to "just test better" after being born in a statistically worse situation, growing up in a statistically worse situation, being more statistically more likely to experience mental health defects due to all the racism they're statistically more likely to experience, and having a statistical dearth of role models or positive media to draw inspiration from

:snoop:and they gonna call us "freeloaders" for pointing all this shyt out. this country man.

They had two Obama terms to do something about it, I’m not trying to hear how it’s anybody else but they faults on the courts situation

Matter of fact why did they even think they was going to get three straight dem terms for president
Incorrect Obama only had the senate during his first four years, and during those first four years their was no supreme court seats ready to be vacated. So quit your republican bootlicking

This is why both siders are so despicable and shameless, less black people are getting into colleges and universities because of right wing republicans and donald trump who appointed 3 supreme court right wing federalist society judges that dismantled affirmative action and yet they wont ever criticize the republicans for this, the less black people going to university ,the less black people get into the working class and move up in society, its pure evil
Where is your family from?

So true. A lot of these universities have their name as a premium and the connections with it. Those are things HBCUs cant replicate.

Nice flip.

But the reality is that MIT opens a lot more doors than hbcus. It is what it is and this will have a knock on effect of black representation in the c suites of silicon valley.

Ok hear me out -

Was this the first year MIT went back to no longer being test-optional? Because a lot of schools did that for a few years due to COVID and went back to factoring SAT/ACT in admissions. That kind of dramatic drop can’t only be attributed to the Supreme Court ruling.

Not saying it isn’t playing a factor but I’d like to know if this incoming class has to submit their scores for the first time in a few years.
