Supreme court picks serve indefinitely, so what exactly do you mean by game plan? He asked RBG to step down and she refused. Nominated Garland but Republicans refused to hold hearings during the election year. Was this the first year MIT went back to no longer being test-optional? Because a lot of schools did that for a few years due to COVID and went back to factoring SAT/ACT in admissions. That kind of dramatic drop can’t only be attributed to the Supreme Court ruling.

Not saying it isn’t playing a factor but I’d like to know if this incoming class has to submit their scores for the first time in a few years.

They did. This is the first class since MIT reinstated the SAT/ACT

This is the result of supreme court decision. Nothing related to a decision of the legislative and executive branch. But based on who you elect to the executive determines who gets on the court.
