People really have no idea what kids go through in the system....being passed from placement to placement often with no notice, abuse, bullying, shytty ass adults that dont care about you. This aint the movies. If you can find a stable, loving family that is >>>>>>. Most of the kids in the system right now would gladly adopted by 2 walruses.

Check out the program archive and look at your state and read about some of the local foster care facilities. You'll be surprised at the complaints and what those kids go through. Mind you these are just the complaints that local child welfare agencies investigated not necessarily everything that's happening.
