More so the areas directly bordering DC. Hyattsville, CP and the like. Prices are creeping up slowly but surely. Also an influx of people looking to stay close to DC
Nikkas even getting pushed even out of PG. Hyattsville, Greenbelt, CP and even New Carrolton are getting more mixed in population.

Dudes are getting pushed out to Charles County.

Indian Head and Waldorf :unimpressed:

nikkas arent getting pushed out of PG, some may be CHOOSING to leave pg for charles county. but those areas getting more mixed in population are people moving into new developments, no ones getting forced out. and its still more black people moving in than any other.
