I think on some level because of how much this topic has been driven to the ground, more do have an idea of what the issue is, but it’s not an issue that’s going to be resolved anytime soon just like many of the issues in our community —so it’s easier to just bash or try to guilt those men.The issue will never be resolved because no one actually wants to understand why these black guys married or dated out. Even when someone tries to, it is done with the intention of bashing them than actually understanding and possibly fixing an issue. In the end, no one wants to resolve the issue, they just want to get mad and bash some brehs.
Actually sit down and talk to these dudes from a place of non-judgement and actual neutrality and you'll be surprised what you learn. The reason I say this is because much of what I've seen does nothing but push these dudes away from the black community and confirms for some, what they've thought about it. It's baffling I have to say that.
In any case, I can’t wait until bw and bm stop trying to guilt Brehs who IR date. It always comes off as if bw are charity cases or as if no one wants bw not even in bm, when in reality there’s a sizable amount of single bw who could just as easily get a man, but they are choosing to be single for a myriad of reasons and they don’t date out because they don’t want to date out or don’t think they can. If more Brehs date out for whatever reason, guilting them just ain’t it. Let it go. People are concerned about us breeding ourselves out, but if it happens it happens.
