His grandson in the video is mad racist to Haitians and mentioned before he wanted to build a wall to separate them from the border. It’s rumored he is the one responsible for all the recent arrests they police have been doing down there against Haitians and dark skinned Dominicans
He been getting promoted heavy especially through social media..FB, WhatsApp and YouTube. May likely be the next populist leader. I think they gonna wait last minute to warn people that it’s inevitable the same way they told people last minute about Bolsonaro
He also claimed Trump stole his idea of building a wall...
