Damn breh, let a breh hope a former superstar gets back to where they were. You been on your bully, yo (bully yo) for a minute![]()
I hope he comes back too because I'm a fan of the game. But him not returning back to form won't cripple the league.

Rose has struggled when bodies are around him. That's speaks to his lack of explosion, not rust.
You Bulls nikkas kill me with the nonsense. By far the worst fan base on the coli. Bulls went from favorites in the East to you nikkas claiming a guy whos OBVIOUSLY a different player post-SURGERIES is just rusty.![]()
I agree with this the most cause I dont see a lack of explosion from Rose, dude still looks athletic as hell so I dont think thats an issue. Muscle memory is real, all players go thru that after returning from a serious injury, especially knees. Dude will be exciting again and finishing over bigs with ease at some point, but it just might take a while. (dude was never just this amazing offensive player anyways, IDK where the fukk some of yall nikkas be getting that from. He has always been a middle class mans D Wade from jump).Rose looked bad against México let that sink in.
It's not lack of explosion, not going to nitpick your comment but you're somewhat right.
What makes sports athletes great year in and year out is the muscle memory and coordination, which is gained after years of playing. Taking 2 years off and trying come back, especially someone with a very high paced vertical game destroyed the muscle memory and coordination.
I saw Rose throw at least 3 bad passes in a span of 4 minutes, one a half court heave that a Mexican player easily intercepted. It was like a highschooler threw the ball it was so weak, but it was because he was moving forward and using his legs to try to explode into the pass. I've also seen him whistle passes past teammates when up in the air (showing that his arm strength is still there).
This would explain why he is missing badly on shots and even "mistiming" layups...the muscle memory in his legs are gone, the coordination between lower and upper body is bad, and coupled that with a low-iq player like Rose and you have a disaster. He may break out of it - but it will take a while.

Grant was too old to be great again by the time he got healthy. His ankle was consistantly getting fukked up, thats not a career changing injury how you are looking at it. It did not kill his ability to ball, it just never healed correctly. I remember he was still putting up numbers when he was in and out of the lineup. By the time his shyt was good to go he was already wayyyyy past his prime.TMac grant hill and penny played years after they serious injury but were never the same..bulls fan can't come to terms with this
