What are the best parts of the DMV for a single male making decent money? I see DMV doesn't get mentioned much compared to ATL, LA, and New York
He lives in Baltimore that's like 2 counties away. Lol
It's cool. A lot of bougies who get loose when they get in the goose. Uppity but easily won over if you got a little personality because their lives are so dull.

The ones I was around in college were stuck up and said they didn’t fukk with Baltimore nikkas. But they did on the low. A lot of bad women out that way tho
I feel like Texas should be on there. The average income in cedar hill Texas is like 70,000 and it's over 50% blacc. Plus that's $70,000 in Texas go alot further than 70,000 in LA or the dmv
