Those in the scientific community disagree and a ton of money is being put into that theoretical framework. You can't try and create life and a laboratory and use that as sufficient evidence for abiogenesis and reject a simulation.

Even if we created a complete simulation that would never even serve as minimal proof that we live in such an environment.
