How do we solve this issue ?

You don't because there are too many men who simply don't respect women as people, and instead view/treat them like objects to be conquered or exploited. This thread is full of people saying "shoot your shot" as if basic norms and rules of conversation don't apply because she's a woman. Why is that? In any other circumstance we understand that if someone doesn't want to talk to you and politely rejects your advance/solicitation/etc the proper response is to move on. And people who don't move on - like aggressive door to door Mormons or Jehova's Witnesses or pyramid scheme peddlers - are viewed negatively. It has been pushy dude's, everyone has not been from a Houston. One was from Chicago and the other one out of town also.
