The only thing i can think of off the top of my head you DONT have to do is stop filming.

Once you get pulled over. Any reasonable request is expected to be met. They have so many infractions they can get you on.

That cop would definately get reported and would be made to pay for that window. You dont have to roll your windows down all the way. There is no law. If he wanted to check her breath he would have to instruct her. Just breaking a window because you want it rolled down for no reason is wrong.
