Dumb broad was driving with a broken brake light and didn't produce the vehicle's registration.​

It kinda seemed like she had something in the glovebox she shouldn't have. would explain her acting all defensive and refusing look in it for the registration papers

It started from when she was being difficult and seemed surprised why she was being pulled over for a broken taillight. Her refusing to look in the glovebox for registration papers didn't help either, But like one of the other brehs said bytch seemed genuinely dense.

These days, I don't get warnings either anymore either no matter how nice and sweet I am. But when I did have warrants I was just trying not to the go to jail. I'll take that ticket officer just don't tell me to get out the car.

what's funny is that if Malcolm X
was alive today he would have advised her to step out the car.

You have the right to keep your window slightly up except the cop gave her a lawful command. she refused to roll down the window. at that point she was informed that she was being detained and according to the law, she had to step out the car when the cop asked her to at that point. Now if you want to say fukk the law, that's another discussion. but if you're talking about "knowing your rights", she was in the wrong the minute she refused to step out the car when the cop told her she was being detained (and possibly when she was ordered to roll down the window).

Now if she was trying to do some civil disobedience, cool, whatever (although i think the cop was actually acting in good faith). but if your arguing law, she was clearly wrong.

He already had her info, he could have mailed her the ticket. It was pointless to shatter her window. That was just his ego reacting. Cops get away with too much. Being the higher authority figure, they really need to be held to that standard instead of the they can do no wrong policy.
