If nikkas can't even figure out that killing other nikkas is bad they're definitely not going to figure this out. If they don't care about an issue that affects them directly they're not going to care about an issue that affects black women.Comparing tackling an issue like black male violence and street harassment is disingenuous as fukk. Black male violence is a direct result of having a piss poor educational system, economic disenfranchisement of black people, and having laws/policies that fukked over black men for centuries. On top of that, black male violence are at the lowest levels they've been since the 80's, so obviously whatever they're doing is starting to show progress.
Street harassment is an issue of respect and courtesy for the women in your community. That's like saying because I can't solve college level physics that I'm also unable to tie my damn shoe

So you don't know who the leaders in your community are, but yet you feel they would be unable to solve this problem. You've also never spoken to a single black man in your own family about this issue.
If that's an accurate statement, you are part of the problem. You're telling me you been grabbed, cat called, and cursed out by the black men in your community, and you haven't let a single black male know about it?

nikkas I know personally. To care about anybody but your family is perceived as weakness. To care about any woman but the women in your immediate family is perceived as the ultimate form of weakness.
