between constructive criticism of black people and straight up cooning? I personally think it has to do with your intent, and I can normally figure that out by the tone of the message.

if the critique of black people is coming from a place of genuine concern for the black community and their betterment, then I support it. I compare it to parents giving tough love to their children

but if its a situation where it's a black person simply trying to prop themselves up and brag about their own social standing with white people while shytting on black folks, I consider that cooning

As a black man I'm not allowed to criticize black women the-coli says.

This attitude is what has led to the degradation of culture and morals in the black community.

If a black woman is acting like a loud mouth b!tch (which they always are, shocker I know), you better believe I'm calling it like it is.

since you wanna go there...

Tariq Nashid's criticism of black women(even though I think he goes overboard sometimes) = constructive criticism

Sotomayor's criticism of black women = cooning

The terminology you're looking for is "Uncle Tom", not "c00n".

c00n is a black person who lives up to the negative stereotypes whites put on us...they embrace it...oftentimes for the profit of the dollar from massa.

examples of c00ns: Waka Flocka, Trinidad James, Tracy Morgan(IMO), Tyler Perry, many users on the Coli

An Uncle Tom is a black person who distances himself from his identity as a black man as well as black culture in order to kiss up to, take on the characteristics of, and to be on the same mental wavelength as white people in hopes of successfully assimilating himself into their culture and favor.

examples: Bryant Gumbel, Robin Quivers, many users on the Coli

Both self hating, weak-minded, pathetic types of fraudulent negros in very different aspects. Uncle Toms and c00ns are the ugliest aspects of black culture.

Anyway, other than you using c00n when you meant Uncle Tom, your observations are 100% despite whatever the dudes on here tell you. It's all in the context and tone in which they are criticizing.

What has Tommy said that was any different then tariq? Tariq sell stuff to black women so he can't call them out like Tommy does.
