This is not true... only 2.9% of people identify themselves as of mixed race
you still haven't accounted for undocumented/illegal latinos, poor whites who live in rural areas, and poor latinos who live in urban areas.

Lets the movie game...How are 13 actors going to be on same screen at the same, have credible would they be in a scene individually? how? group sessions throughout the movies, its unique idea, oh no its a only ppl on the 100, and I like giving ideas chances...however, how are the actors going to be billed? all same amount? what about behind the scene (Director, DP, Grip/Gaffer, AD, screeenplay, post production, etc) is the crew behind the scenes going to be diverse too?

100% blacks can direct a movie with just blacks, whites or asian.
100% blacks can be the lead in a movie, and then have a black, white, asian, etc spouse or significant other

The problem with that logic is that most of these big time movies are set in New York City or Chicago or D.C. or some other big city, so you should be talking about the Black/Hispanic/Asian population of THOSE cities.
Now when all of these films are about North Dakota and Wyoming, nobody will complain about Black people noto being in them.
Let Hollywood tell it and you'd think NYC was all-white.
