If he actually gave a shyt about black power he'd be meeting with mayoral, DA and school board candidates all over America and shouting out the ones that impressed him on his platform constantly and encouraging people living in those areas to vote or to get the word out to people they know. Power comes from the ground up, and a mayor who shows he cares about his black population may ascend to governor and then eventually run as president. Alternatively he can do what Pete battyman did and just run directly after being mayor.
