Black gentrification- Does it exist, a problem?

I was listening to a podcast which discussed this. If upper class Black people move into a neighborhood and raise property value for poor people, should that be viewed as an issue. Obviously, it's not a big issue as white gentrification but should that be a concern for upper class Blacks who might move back into the inner city.

It exists. Don't know if its "an issue". When I was renting, I moved to an up an coming area so I supported the market rates for rent- rates that people who lived in that neighborhood couldn't afford. :yeshrug:
