it is possible, and yes it is a form of albinism but in the eye. Her mom has it also but just in one eye. Im going by what she said, she said she isnt mixed, it could also be an recessive gene, from way back or a genetic mutation. your seriously ignorant if you think black people can't have blue eyes..
