Your projecting your insecurities onto other people, that's what you turned the discussion into nobody else... There are Black men who volunteer to teach the girls as well.....Black women have the lowest representation in STEM fields right now so this is needed...

We could use more black people in the tech industry period. Making programs just for black girls is not going to help black people as a whole. It needs to be for both black girls and boys.
