Well I believe in going to nice black communities, not no violet hood but yeen got that as an option
In some of the cities I've lived in the most violent hoods at some point wasn't bad. It gotten bad over time. There are some nice black neighborhoods in the major cities but alot of times in the smaller to mid-size towns, its harder to find.

The south is where its at. Living in NJ and PA, I like SC for overall affordable familyliving . Best Bang for your buck if you can transfer your northern salary down here. SC is trying to cancel state taxes also which is a plus. When it comes to housing, moving into a healthy mix community is best. Problem with an all black community is the resale value of your home. Like it or not it's a thing...finding a community where there is a balance will help you keep your sanity while also perseving your home value...also helps with your kids interacting with different cultures and people. Im also in a great school district which is a plus.

Yeah even in Chicago…some of the most beautiful neighborhoods didn’t used to be bad like south shore next to the lake. An OG told me we didn’t take care of it.

We have nice, safe black neighborhoods in Chicago—bronzeville, Orland park, Beverly , etc

I don’t have to live in an entirely blk neighborhood tho. I don’t think neighborhoods are limited to blk or white. There are mixed, diverse neighborhoods too, gayborhoods, artsy, etc lol
