nikkas getting mad because other black nations will claim their nationality 
AAs and other "blacks" who think like this will eventually have to wake up and realize that the world isn't gonna be a bunch of nikkas blindly identifying as black and acting in union. Historically that has never happened anywhere and it doesn't happen now. Just like there has been war between Asian, European, and ,Arab countries for various reasons, there will be amongst Africans/blacks, every nationality will always put their people 1st, outside of that they may put one of their racial group second as they probably will relate more on a humanistic level. Th best way to behave is to have a nationality which is your people and deal with other nations you connect with in vision, economically, culturally, and even sometimes physically inside the black race 1st if possible but not limited to. This will be the basis of your relationships, not just simply being "black" otherwise you're in for disappointment when you actually start making moves past that fantasy pan Africanist mindset. You must have realistic views stepping into the world arena. Black should be a secondary identification, a group of people should be FRAMED to their nationality. If it was like this see how much of you would give a fukk if a group of people don't see themselves as black
