I don't think this woman was trying to distance herself from being black but it is quite clear that she's not African American. From our end we know that there's no reason to interview the KKK about if they like blacks or want immigrants because their default answer is no. From her end, as a reporter I'm sure that they made or gave her these questions to ask the KKK leader because it's the generic thing to do.

To be honest, what did you guys expect her to say as a reporter? To not tell him that she's Colombian or an immigrant? The immigration thing is big right now so it is sensible to bring it up.

I think nikkas are missing the main point that her even trying to interview a guy like this is just borderline c00nish from her part.

She was assigned to do this interview it took a lot of guts for a black woman to interview a Klansman on his property and be berated like that.

Also, she works for a Latin network. A lot of these immigrants are ignorant, the average 50 something year old immigrant from Ecuador or whatever the fukk may not even know what the KKK is. This interview is important on schooling these ignorant and oblivious Latinos on the current American racial climate.

Do u nikkas even travel outside your country? Coz if you did you would understand:

when we go to europe, america, asia etc we identify ourself as black-african, still in those countries when we are around other black people we identify ourselves by country of origin.
