There are some policies that pay you a rate based on how many days you are in the hospital. In Canada, at least.

True. Same in the US. think I remember reading that Aflac even has a stand alone policy that does only that.


But then again, Aflac is the kind of company that will insure your left index toe, if they think they can get you to pay them for it.
