It's amazing that in 2014 people still aren't using condoms, but this highlights a couple things. Lack of education and a general disinterest in taking care of yourself. Granted this doesn't apply to all or most young people, considering HIV rates are decreasing. But in these areas of Brooklyn and Chicago you have kids stuck in a helpless situation and clearly don't give a shyt about anything. It's sad.
Even more pathetic are these dl dudes fukking guys unprotected and then infecting women. I'm not judging nobody's preferences...but wear a fukking condom. They're easily accessible, you can get them at the corner store or in a gas station bathroom.
