in a world where men are supposed to go out and earn just to provide for the women, it's kinda sick to pretend the women are the ones being oppressed.
and black women wouldn't be so deep into poverty if they stopped spending all their money on bullshyt like weave. wont even entertain the stats posted cus i know too many women suckling off the tit of the system. they welcome poverty in favor of free housing, free food and healthcare.

As far as I know (at least in NY), you have to work if you're going to be on any kind of public assistance. There are exceptions though. And men can get welfare. My dad was on it back in 94. It's how he found the job he's been working in for the last 20 years.
