I think it’s important to remember India is a pretty large country that encompass radically different areas. I work with an Indian Sikh dude that’s extremely accepting of others and he often tells me of how in his village, they often let Africans stay in their homes because many of them come with nothing. Similar to some Mexicans helping Haitians passing to America.Stuff like this always makes me confused ngl. I've genuinely never experienced racism from Indians in my life but I'm also light. Not an oblivious c00n either I just don't know what's up with that
I believe a lot of the big city Indians have internalized western racism in the way some Blacks have (look at the parroting of white people insults on this site..sand cac, chink)

I thought that was odd too. i wasnt sure if selfie dude understood English but from what I’ve seen most of them do.He objected to that,but then took a selfie like some sort of animal on exhibit. The selfie guy probably meant no harm,but bad timing smh.
Those indians gave no fukks from what I saw. They laughed him off knowing he would probably face a firing squad if he put hands on them.
It just seemed like he had no care at all about what was taking place and just wanted his trophy picture.

Wonder what part of India he was at. Anyway when I worked in India one of the issues they had was they would mess with the black folks who lived there. There was a population of black Nigerians who had lived there for damn near a century and many would catch flak from the locals.
Also I worked in south India so I was able to blend in. One of the things you notice as a black person in southern india is how dark many of the people are. So as a black person often times in southern india you can blend in especially if you hair is cut short. Many won't know you are black until you open your mouth or don't do the little head movement (side to side) when folks talking to you.

Never had issues with Indians either tbh. Pakistanis, Arabs, Indians etc., always been cool. South Indians are usually more friendly since a lot are Christian (last names like Matthew, Abraham etc).Stuff like this always makes me confused ngl.
