A Florida Cop Ticketed a Black Man for Walking Without His ID

In footage of the incident, a cop threatens to arrest Devonte Shipman for a crime that doesn't exist.
Last week, a Florida cop stopped a 21-year-old black man for jaywalking, threatened to arrest him, and issued him a $130 ticket for failing to have his license on him, the Miami Herald reports.

Then go to pay the ticket and let the judge and everyone else see the charge and the officer who issued it. Publicly put the ticket on social media and blast it on Instagram. Let that cop answer for his acitons
