Roland has access to the footage before the family’s lawyers do? Why hasn’t Roland sent the complete footage to the family first, if he has it because Andrew Brown’s son is stating that the family only has a redacted 20 sec clip that was produced.

So you’re telling us that Roland posted clips on his laptop before sending this video that he alleges to have to the family and coincidentally his laptop had technical problems with the stream?bc the latest excuse the police are using to not release the video is that no one other than NC Attys represented by the family are legally allowed to view it. I would think a NC barred attorney would have the footage before Roland would. No, what’s disrespectful is the family attorney not being in a position to challenge the release of the police footage bc they are not licensed in North Carolina and weren’t prepared to challenge this motion to get the video out ASAP. You don’t have a JD, gtfo - I’m frustrated for the Family From a legal viewpoint bc this whole system is fukked- they’re having their rights obstructed period. Their legal representation is not a barred NC attorney but he should have been prepared to co- counsel with a NC atty to reduce any pushback on the video footage and file a complaint bc this is evidence tampering. Yeap and just for clarity for folks who not gonna watch the show. All media outlets locally put in to get a request for a DVD copy of the city camera video per the freedom of information act.
The dvd is from the city camera that is in the area where the shooting happened. The camera did not get all the video of the shooting because the camera is pointed at one angle instead of multiple angles (specifically where the shooting happened). A brotha who is a city counselman explained this on the roland martin show today.
Next the city is predominantly black but the county is predominantly white. The county had their cops do the raid on andrew brown jrs house not the city cops. The county sherif and county DA are the ones running interference even though the city sheriff agreed that there needs to be an investigation. The county will not release the body cam video and are the ones holding up the family from seeing the entire video.
Also the city council which is majority black stated that they requested that the body cam video be released but the county DA is refusing to release the video.
Yes the pigs are. The state bureau investigators came to the house that andrew rented. They were looking for additional cameras. But the brotha that owned the property said that the county investigators came and took the door camera and the kitchen camera that andrew brown installed.
Its an in house job the county is trying to run out the clock. This is Ferguson all over again.
