Its kinda fascinating how some posters on here have this very specific wishful thinking mentality and agenda for this Africans don't like AA's or don't consider themselves black narrative, despite how ridiculous and actually so far off from reality it is.

It's that Dominican/Raven Symone-esque 'I'm everything, but black' dichotomy some black members of the diaspora have unfortunately subscribed too. It' sad because it isn't common to hear Chinese, Indians, Polish etc deny their heritage but nikka's will swear on everything they're not African

I would actually argue that AA culture is the actual dominate culture. Not white culture. The difference being that people are actually inspired by AA culture which is why they copy/steal it, and try toAA culture is the most creative force of the modern world
incorporate it into their own culture. White culture, on the other hand, was shoved down people's throats via slavery, war, forced assimilation, colonialism, etc. Great interview.
