Nikkas will naturally turn to HBCU's when Trump is in office and the PWIs get rid of their diversity programs
College is not the only way to acquire a career with a decent income. There are apprenticeships programs and Trades that also lead to well paying careers and normally do not incur the debt that going to college does,
So our concern should be based on the why a lot of young brothers are not attending instead of just the fact that they are not attending.

To assert this is the reason for the lower numbers shows you are ignorant of what the majority of Black men are doing, and get your view of Black men completely from entertainment and not actual real life interactions with us.

Look at what happened when Obama made My Brother's Keeper. Also talk to people. A lot of society thinks being male is synonymous with being privileged. We get screwed as a result. I want Black women and men to succeed but you have to concede that women have been propped up more and men have been seen as invisible in our society. Richard Reeves is on the forefront to help young boys and men. Even though hes a British dude, he talks in his book about the experiences of his Black stepson and how that's impacted his work.

Here's the thing...every 18 and 19 year old, generally speaking, should be doing 1 of 5 things, not including preparing to graduate high school....
1. HBCU
2. PWI
3. Community College/Trade School
4. Military
5. Some endeavor (music, entrepreneurship) that's not filled w/ risk of multiyear lockdown or death
Shouldn't be a single Black Young Adult just chilling 24-7 at 18 or 19 years old or hugging reckless fukkery .... young knuckle heads never learn seem to learn though, so ....
