I've been called cute probably over a hundred times. I'm also constantly told that I "look smart" but I don't really know what that means because I don't wear glasses or anything that someone would associate with "looking smart."

Where are you getting these assumptions? I'm highly educated but men don't know that when they see me. They don't know anything about me and I rarely talk to random men in passing. Only coworkers, male relatives or close friends would know that.And that turns you off cause you clearly ain't smart right?

i disagree about handling rejection well. you guys are men who don't date men, so how would you know? i agree it doesn't end in mass murder, but that doesn't mean it's handled well.
