Black men, how did we allow this matriarchy in the black community?

Be a man, be a leader. There would be no room for her to think this if black men actually led and showed her how stupid that was. But im sure you just threw up your hands like :mindblown: and continued fukkin bytches.

Yup. She ain't my problem. I have no interest in her whatsoever to be her leader. I almost hit her with "well that's why you're single", but I ain't that mean.

good leaders don't blame their so-called followers when things go bad. so all of you blaming women :mjpls:

Well if the leader is undermined by a combative follower, then who should be blamed? If the qb calls a slant and the receiver runs a go route, who should be blamed when the ball is intercepted? :smugfavre: There can't be two starting qbs on the team throwing balls at the same time. Fall back.

Black women been claiming to be the leaders of the black community for the last 40 years. I guess black women are not good leaders because you sure do blame everything on black men.

good leaders don't depend on comparing themselves to others to justify poor performance. :umad:

if a follower is combative then it seems like the the leader is not legitimate because he was not granted permission to rule or he has abused his power. why should a leader be blamed when something goes wrong you ask? :wtf: don't run for president. ever.

You're not even sticking to the topic of this thread. It's about why did
Black men allow black women to take over the leadership role In the Community. Causing us to live under a matriarch insted of a patriarch like the rest of the USA. Black men have not had a leadership position since the 1960's
And that is common knowgled made known by black women

So how long before we get to the one that shows/compares black men/women.:mjpls:

Pay Equity & Discrimination — IWPR

The one titled: The Gender Wage Gap by Occupation
by Ariane Hegewisch, Claudia Williams, and Vanessa Harbin (April 2012)

I got a program to host, but I'll be back later if you still need help understanding this concept. :myman:

Bruh, It doesn't show for black folks with the same degree/experience though. Just give up. :shaq:

Yes, cause not taking into account for experience/education when quoting salaries is really smart.:usure:
Stats show that more black women have more degrees/are more educated than black men.

Like, common logical connection should tell you that if someone is less likely to get promoted, they are probably less like to get paid more as well.

But fine. Prove me wrong then. Show me a study that states that black men and women with the same education and experience make the same amount of money or less than a 6% disparity. I'll wait.
