if a follower is combative then it seems like the the leader is not legitimate because he was not granted permission to rule or he has abused his power. why should a leader be blamed when something goes wrong you ask? don't run for president. ever.

Black men allow black women to take over the leadership role In the Community. Causing us to live under a matriarch insted of a patriarch like the rest of the USA. Black men have not had a leadership position since the 1960's

Like, common logical connection should tell you that if someone is less likely to get promoted, they are probably less like to get paid more as well.

But fine. Prove me wrong then. Show me a study that states that black men and women with the same education and experience make the same amount of money or less than a 6% disparity. I'll wait.
