I did that, it doesn't really work.

My father has a tradition of buying my mom roses every week; I know he stole that idea from someone. I digress.

I did the same exact thing, and I got cheated on anyway. I even added her favorite chocolate on random days. It doesn't work well.

I think it is a very sweet gesture and in my case it would only make me fall in love more... All women love details like those and the one who says the opposite is lying...
