I would say the last couple years have been really harsh. Though I am first to admit I never really had an easy life but that was still a lot of cool little kick ass things that I kind of treasure to myself that you know I can always recall for myself to give a sense of hope.

Overall I'm just okay. I do wish to have more excitement in a fulfilling life. It would really be rejuvenating to my senses/spirit.

For some of us life has not been that kind which is why I say the white owned Institutions that diagnose Mental Health is really not helping because it doesn't cater to our deep-rooted issues in our communities. There is very little black psychiatrist, so the psychiatrists they do have available only offer pills. It's just easier to say in the western world they don't take black Mental Health with any seriousness at all.
