The premise of his and others posts in this thread is that people who need public assistance (presumably poor people) shouldn't have kids because they need public assistance to raise them. ANY kid that goes to public school is enjoying the benefits of public assistance, therefore it is not an accurate statement to say "people should only have kids they can support" because that would mean NONE of us should be here.
