But they do because you're lying about the numbers lol. All the data we have says that black men predominantly marry black women across all income levels. Poor, middle class, upper class etc. The problem is that a certain segment of black women make it very clear they cannot tolerate competition or facing someone who is equal to them or higher (education, value, etc). And I don't think this is a black woman exclusive problem. Multiple articles have come out recently in the NYT about women struggling to find love and all the insane mental gymnastics they go through to eliminate successful men from competition. Men are constantly dealing with women who are judging them off an unattainable hypothetical or celebrity man. So yea you make 200k a year, have emotional intelligence, are kind etc but...you're not George Clooney so sorry no thanks. Or you're perfect except for that one thing you said that gave me the ick ("Can't hang out this Saturday, I'm spending the day with my mom. She's been sad lately") lmao.
Which is why you as a man should understand two things: focus on building yourself, and you are the prize. If you are in shape, emotionally stable, and successful - whether you're an electrician or teacher or doctor - someone is gonna fall over themselves to grasp you eventually. But then the question becomes....are you going to be open to that person or act like a woman IE decide she's not the perfect hypothetical woman so you can't commit. Your grandfather played around in the streets but ultimately married your grandmother who was a 6. They built a family and legacy. If you aren't open to doing that you deserve to be alone.
