Uber will soon ban passengers with low ratings

"Riders may lose access to Uber if they develop a significantly below average rating," the company said. "Riders will receive tips on how to improve their ratings, such as encouraging polite behavior, avoiding leaving trash in the vehicle and avoiding requests for drivers to exceed the speed limit. Riders will have several opportunities to improve their rating prior to losing access to the Uber apps."

I’m for it. These riders be some entitled ass motherfukkas and treat the drivers’ cars like shyt. Funny thing is they wouldn’t have the balls to do all of that to a yellow cab driver for fear of getting smacked, but feel like they have power over Uber drivers because they can give the drivers a 1 star rating

i had plenty of drivers who stay talking to me, not the other way around. and you can tell when they get in their feelings about you not wanting to talk to them

that said, i gott get my rating back up, i was a 5.0 and now i'm a 4.97

uber pool is trash now since they got rid of express (which made you walk), now you have a short walk to/from pickup and dropoff in pool. this is ok depending on where i'm going, but there are times i'm leaving from places that i aint trying to walk through (tenderloin in SF), it's lyft shared all day for shared rides now

it's right there if you click the hamburger icon in uber, lyft doesn't reveal your rating
