That Tiger Vanguard ain't no joke. He reminds me of Tigress from Kung Fu Panda movie but with a weapon. However, I still feel can beat him cause Black Loong is more tougher and challenge than Tiger Vanguard

I finally beat Tiger Blood 
I was all out of healing juice too. What really makes this fight hard is the slight delay in some of his attacks. It really fukks with your sense of when exactly to dodge.

When you use a heavy attack with two focus points you can interrupt any of their attacks and it chips a good bit of their health
