You either need to contact the plug Xu Dog to get your health bar upgraded, or use the vessel you get in chapter 1 that negates burn damage.

There's a small window between the 3rd jump and when you have to grab the antennas again where you can use the vessel

I think this is my favorite game of the entire gen. That might be recency bias, but I can't stop playing.

I was going to wait a lil bit before I start new game plus, but had a bad day at work and wanted to take it out on some yaoguis.

Plus I couldn't wait to run it back on Wandering Wight. I didn't dominate the fight like I wanted, but still got to spam Erlang's sword move

It works cause I forgot I have a Flame Orb that increase burn resistance and I equipped it.

Beat it earlier this week. Despite the flaws this is a great game and a must play this year. This is about as hard of a game as I want to play though and I'm taking a break on my next game.

Top 5 Hardest bosses imo:

3. Yellow Loong
4. Yellow Wind Sage
5. Duskveil[
I ended up beating the 2nd phase final boss on my first attempt. Made full use of everything I had and finished him with Big Headbutt. It would've taken me a lot longer if I didn't handle him 1st try bc he was a problem/SPOILER]

2. Broken Shell second phase
3.Yellow Loong
4. Yin Tiger
5. Yellow Wind Sage

I think those are the only bosses that took me quite a few tries to beat. They all felt significantly harder than the rest

Got a Jingubang weapon and the whole Sun Wukong outfits . Now I became HIM

I think playstyle determines what you struggle with for certain bosses because I've barely seen anyone else struggle with Yaksha King. On the other hand I beat Yin Tiger first try. 1,3,5 on your list are pretty much unanimous though

A simple question? I'm fighting the Great Sage Broken Shell. If I travel back to Ruyi Scroll and come back to the Heart of Birthstone, do I have to fight against Stone Monkey all over again back to one or stay fight against him in Great Sage Shell form?

nah, two totally separate bosses with a checkpoint in between. you can fast travel, you won't lose progress.
