Lowering taxes doesn’t help small business owners?
Allowing businesses to deduct the cost of depreciable assets in one year versus amortizing them over several years isn’t helping small business owners?
Freeing up capital to hire more workers(which the economy has) giving more people income and capital to start their own business doesn’t help?

This is a good question.
I clearly see the growth of black businesses on Instagram since I follow them but I haven’t seen many businesses that employ a number of people in the community.
Overall though I’m at least happy black folks are creating businesses in what they love and not having to work for someone who doesn’t care about them as a human.

I only see issue with the wording. If they want to say "400% increase in entrepreneurship" i think that would be more accurate. Not mad at the mindset. But like somebody else said, are these businesses that are employing other black people?
