Black people in America don't support their own.
Simple as that.
We'll shop at bullet proof corner stores manned by some Asian, Eastern European, or Arabial dude, selling expired merch covered in grime but we won't support Black people trying to get us healthy food.
It's ass-backward, yes, but that's what's going on.
Black people in America only see themselves fit to be consumers or low level grunts. That's it. It's so bad that Black people don't respect Black bosses or Black business owners. Black management is seen as defective by most Black people.
Kills my soul.
This is true unfortunately

..Cant count how many times I see black people say "This is why I don't shop at black businesses!" after having either a bad experience....Yet they will get disrespected on the daily by arabs,Asians etc

....Will get maybe not the best quality at a black establishment and go off,if it doesn't look that pretty on the inside they call it ghetto or bootleg....as if the "real stores" they go too didn't have a big azz head start and likely some start up money
Its unfortunate but its reality,i didn't always bat an eyelash when people would say that shyt....But the more conscious you are of the harm in thinking that and the backwards logic, now I check people when I hear them say that....Or talk about how they gon tell everybody on facebook to boycott...So it needs to be put into black folks mind to stop looking at everything WE do as bootleg, that needs to be imbedded in us culturally.
I seriously don't know if group economics can work without a plan to change the way we think as well.....you wont even get the money because nikkas will think "I aint investing in this bootleg operation,cacs/arabs/Asians don't gotta ask for nothing

"....they will assume since nikkas is behind it the books wont be right, they money might get stolen
You gotta change the whole mindset probably before you can get people to hear you out about group economics

...you can always get those who know better in on it now,but to make it work for real you gon need more than that to be on board.
I will at the same time say black business do need to be more on top of things, its been acknowledged we gotta be better than other races when competing in the work force....black business who sell to mostly black folks I do feel a lot of times feel like they don't have to be better when the customer is black.
If they was selling to other races they would go all out knowing that white man may go somewhere else if he don't get shyt right the first time...Black folks have been conditioned to feel the same so be excellent and on top of things, with ALOT of black people you only get one chance as a black business.....and how well you do might effect whether or not they go to another black business again for a while
